Acclaimed filmmaker Paul Greengrass (Bloody Sunday, The Bourne Supremacy) writes and directs United 93 due out in April 28 this year. The movie focuses on the hijacked jet that never reached it's intended target on 911 thanks to the brave passengers onboard. The movie will recreate the events of the hijacked airliner in real time.

I really thought Shaggy Dog would have captured the number one spot this week, but instead it came in at number two. Still respectful of course to hit number two, but Tim Allen is like the funniest man alive so what gives.

Warner Bros has released a cool new site dedicated to the year of Superman 2006 that features a very awesome promotional video right up front! The video shows Superman from George Reeves to Christopher Reeve then at the last segment we get to see the Superman Returns trailer again.

Tora!Tora! Tora! DVD

Here's an interesting review I found on the classic war movie "Tora! Tora! Tora!" Let me put a disclaimer in here. I have to disagree with the author on one point. I thought the movie "Pearl Harbor" with Ben Affleck was great myself, but nobody agrees on everything.

A sequel to the Hulk is looking more promising as the movie rights have reverted back to Marvel from Universal. This means they keep more of the money and so it would be less of a risk to make a sequel which profited if nothing else, but from the massive toy and product line that was created for the picture.

Number one this week is a dog sled movie starring the Fast and Furious star Paul Walker.

The associated press has an interview with Marvel Studios' Avi Arad in which he talks about the Captain America movie. "Without giving too much away, obviously there'll be a little bit of the origin and then we come into our real world," Arad says.

Steve Martin takes over the number one spot this weekend with the Pink Panther as Inspector Clouseau, a role made famous by Peter Sellers. The Pink Panther always appeared on the beginning  of Peter
Selllers' Pink Panther movies and went on to become a very popular cartoon
character on his own. He was always one of my favorite cartoons. Currently the
Pink Panther can be seen on the Boomerang cartoon channel, and there are lots of
DVD
releases of the Pink Panther cartoon and movies.
