| What does everyone think about big name actors dabbling in movie production? Clooney, Penn, even Pitt have all done it with seemingly mixed results. Thoughts? | ||

| i think all of them have put out at least one good effort. Didn't Clooney produce Good Night and Good Luck? I thought that was good. Really, it doesn't matter to me how big the actor is so long as they do a good job with the film. Who else has made the jump to producing recently? | ||

| I think Penn has definitely pulled it off, i like him better behind the lens than I do actually acting. I don't know too many other big name people who've tried producing. I think I remember reading that renee zellweger is producing ...not sure if you'd consider her a huge name actress, but yeah. | ||

Yeah she is producing a movie on lifetime..i’ve seen the commercial a bunch for it this week...she is a pretty good actress in drama roles so who knows she could be good at the producing role. It’s on tomorrow
